Electrical Services

Residential repair - We can handle all of your problems big or small with professionalism and care. We treat your home like it was our home. All repairs are done to, or above, the criteria set forth in the National Electric Code.

Residential projects - Indoors or out, we have the skills, training, and experience to handle your project's, safe, code compliant, electrical design and installation. Lighting, outlets, switches, hot tubs, fans, dishwashers, ovens, are just some of our regular installs.  Our estimates are always free and we will be glad to consult with your contractor or project coordinator for additional information you may not have available.

Video Surveillance

LAZIK, LLC has significant expertise and training with very high end video surveillance products.  Whether you need implementation for business or residential, video surveillance today is fantastically capable and easy to use.

If you are a business with a brick and mortar store front/office, you should have video surveillance wherever customers/clients/employees frequent.  Cash drawers, entrances, exits, high value items and parking are just some of the areas that should be covered.

LICENSE TAG CAPTURE.  There are special cameras for this.  Standard cameras, no matter how good the resolution, will NOT reliably capture a license plate, front or back.  They simply do not perform well in fluid lighting environments.  I.e., a moving car at night with its lights on.  The greatest gift a Home Owners Association can give its residents is a camera capable and designed for, license plate capture.  Mount one or two at each entrance to a neighborhood and have them steadily record the cars/plates that go in and out.  Something happens in a residence, the police have an admissible record of what was where and when.

Many times there is just electricity at neighborhood entrances.  Not a problem.  There are several solutions that allow for a camera to record to a memory stick.  Something happens, call your provider, download and preserve the data; and the video is now evidence.  The memory stick is always an option and is very affordable.

There may be times where you want active monitoring from that remote camera.  With our experience in state of the art equipment, WIFI can be reliably sent at a much greater range than the average installer/I.T. company knows about.  We can connect your remote cameras over WIFI at a much greater range than most believe is possible.

Cabling

LAZIK, LLC provides cabling infrastructure design and implementation.  Voice, video, and data are integral communication methods for both business and residential customers.  From the business office sharing of network services to the residential customer watching a movie from a home media server or Cable TV company; cable is the most reliable and secure method of delivery if done correctly.

The installation of cable has standards and codes that all LAZIK, LLC designs and installations follow.  We do not cut corners, skimp on supplies, or get lazy.  We do it right the first time.

Typically we see improper installation as the root cause of a new client's data and video issues.  The two most egregious violations of installation standards are running data/video cables too close to AC electrical wires and abysmal terminations.  Both cause slowness or outright failure.  Worse, an AC wire may not carry electricity until a light is turned on, or the Air conditioning kicks in.

Cosmetics. How many times have you seen for yourself, or heard of someone getting cable or satellite TV installed and the technician simply stapled cable along the side of the house and then penetrated by drilling a hole through the wall?  A lot!  It seems to be standard practice.  At LAZIK, LLC we know that your home or office is a significant investment and that you actually DO mind if cables detract from the aesthetics and value.  We do the job technically and cosmetically correct.

Access Control

LAZIK, LLC has been installing/servicing manual and automated access control for over twenty three years.  We have done some extensive projects at various government facilities.  Over the years we have backed away from heavy travel and overnight stays.  We have concentrated on bringing our experience and expertise to South Carolina and spending more time with our families.  However, the design and principles of access control are the same whether the application is a U.S. Consulate or a small business.  The difference is that a small business usually does not need to plan for a defense against rioters and an all out attack on sovereign territory.  Hence, access control for the small business can be done afford ably, cosmetically, and with less of a, "Vault" presence

Landscape Lighting
